The Kusini Collection is pleased to announce that Sonya Bradley has joined our team as Business Development Manager and Gretchen Healey as Marketing and Social Media Manager. Both bring years of travel industry experience, extensive product knowledge in Africa and Latin America and a personal passion for intrepid explorations.
Sonya Bradley spent 13 years at Country Walkers where she first managed the Latin America product and then launched the highly successful CW Safaris division. As the Director of CW Safaris, she was responsible for overseeing all aspects of the business, from tour development for private and group travel, contract and rate negotiations, operations, and management of a sales team.
“After working with Sonya at Country Walkers for the past three years, I'm honored and thrilled that she's now working with me on this side of the business,” says Tad Bradley, Principal at the Kusini Collection. “Her extensive product knowledge in both Africa and Latin America will be a huge asset to Kusini and our North American trade partners.”
Gretchen Healey comes to Kusini after a highly successful career in technology and most recently as a travel writer and entrepreneur with her own media consulting firm focused on conservation and travel. She has been quietly working behind-the-scenes managing the Kusini social media marketing and e-newsletters for the last nine months.
“Gretchen seamlessly took over the management of our social media last year and has vastly improved our communications via these important channels,” says Tad Bradley. “Her writing for Kusini relays an authenticity and depth of knowledge thanks to many first-hand travel experiences with our partners in Africa and Latin America.”
