I’m thrilled to announce that I published my first article, entitled the The Dawning of a New Age in Family Travel, with The Huffington Post! At the moment, it is one of the most discussed travel articles on the site!!

So how did this happen? Actually, I had the pleasure of meeting Arianna Huffington last month at the Governor’s Mansion in Richmond, Virginia. We were both speakers for the same event (she a keynote and I was a panelist). Arianna was being hounded by everyone for pictures and, I decided to come up to her and ask in Greek simply “How are you?”. Just in case you do not know, she was born and raised in Athens, Greece as I was. Well, she immediately responded to me and we struck up a conversation. She asked me about Greenloons and after my standard elevator pitch, Arianna asked if I would be interested to write an article for The Huffington Post. “The travel section just won an award” she said like I needed convincing to do this J
