Tomorrow’s Air, the climate-action initiative launched by the Adventure Travel Trade Association (ATTA) to make carbon removal simple for travelers and travel companies, has been acquired by Wren, a leading climate platform. This move marks a major step toward deepening Wren’s commitment to catalyzing climate impact through travel.
The ATTA has long championed Tomorrow’s Air and its vision to unite the travel industry in funding meaningful climate solutions supported by education and training. Wren shares that vision and brings additional tools and expertise that can expand the industry's collective potential impact.
“On behalf of the adventure travel community, I want to express deep gratitude to Christina Beckmann for her visionary leadership in founding Tomorrow’s Air,” said Shannon Stowell, CEO of the Adventure Travel Trade Association. “Her work has galvanized the travel sector to act on climate in new ways. We look forward to continued collaboration and deepened partnerships with Wren as we together advance climate solutions in travel.”
Companies that might have been hesitant to invest in the Tomorrow’s Air portfolio focused purely on innovative carbon removal methods will now have the option to easily add nature-based solutions. Those seeking a seamless, no-invoice payment experience will appreciate Wren’s API-driven approach. Wren’s brand partnerships enable travel companies to build awareness with Wren’s audience of climate conscious consumers.
Tomorrow’s Air will continue to operate as the travel-industry service within Wren, retaining its community connections and creative educational focus under the leadership of Christina Beckmann. ATTA is thrilled to have found a strong climate partner to help our members integrate meaningful carbon-removal climate solutions strategies into their operations and offer travelers credible ways to participate.
“As the Tomorrow’s Air community has grown and diversified, we have seen the needs of our partners expand,” said Tomorrow’s Air creator Christina Beckmann. “Travel companies that were drawn to us for our ease of use and dedication to innovative carbon removal technologies are now interested in incorporating new projects into their portfolios, booking system integration, and tax-deductible corporate giving. I’m delighted to join the Wren team and offer a more comprehensive service to travel businesses and individual travelers.”
