Volcanoes Safaris are pleased to announce a joint partnership with DEG that is providing support to the communities neighboring Volcanoes Safaris lodges in Rwanda and Uganda in the first six months of 2021.
The project will provide over 12,000 beneficiaries with Covid-19 infection prevention training.
It also provides agricultural assistance and food donations, hospitality training and water tanks.
Volcanoes Safaris’ General Manager Kevin James said “Volcanoes staff are supporting 2,000 households around the lodges. Thank you to DEG and Volcanoes Safaris staff for supporting the local people facing challenges with Covid”.
