The Travel Trends Podcast, the Adventure Travel Trade Association’s (ATTA) official podcast partner, has launched Season 7, bringing a fresh lineup of conversations with leaders shaping the future of travel.
Hosted by Dan Christian, the podcast brings together founders, CEOs, and senior executives from across the global travel ecosystem to discuss emerging trends, innovation, and the evolving traveler experience. As ATTA’s official podcast partner, the show also helps to amplify voices from the adventure travel community and share stories from the broader travel industry.
Season 7 launched on March 4 and introduces several new thematic tracks while continuing some of the podcast’s most popular topics. This season will explore five key themes: Sun Holidays, Luxury Hotels, Agentic AI, Loyalty, and Experiences, reflecting some of the most important conversations currently shaping travel.
Episodes will feature industry leaders discussing how these trends are influencing everything from travel distribution and technology to the design of guest experiences. Additional special episodes will focus on fast-growing areas such as sports tourism, wellness travel, and the expanding luxury segment.
The season opens with a creative twist: a conversation with Los Angeles-based celebrity mentalist David Stryker exploring how techniques from mentalism, including observation, psychology, and storytelling, can elevate the travel experience and help guides and hosts create more memorable moments for travelers.
Across the season, listeners can expect a mix of studio interviews and conversations recorded live at industry gatherings, a format the podcast often uses to capture insights from events and conferences around the world.
The Travel Trends Podcast focuses on the people and ideas driving the next phase of travel, highlighting innovations, business strategies, and destination insights relevant to operators, destinations, and travel professionals alike.
