When Rafa Mayer more than 25 years ago first started Say Hueque, his dream was simple:
to help people connect authentically with the landscapes, the culture, and the local
communities of Argentina and Chile. This award reaffirms that the same spirit continues to
guide Say Hueque today.

Founded in 1999, Say Hueque is an Argentina based travel company dedicated to designing
authentic and sustainable journeys across Argentina and Chile. Certified as a B Corporation
and a proud member of the Adventure Travel Trade Association, the company integrates
regenerative practices into its operations, including carbon compensation, plastic-free trips,
and large-scale reforestation projects. In 2025, Say Hueque set a new goal: to plant 500,000
native trees in Patagonia by 2030.
