Hong Kong, CHINA - Pacsafe® is excited to announce that its very first secure Travel Pack, the Venturesafe™ 65L GII was the proud recipient of the 2013 OutDoor Industry Award.

The Venturesafe™ 65L travel pack was awarded the OutDoor Industry Award in Friedrichshafen on July 11th in the backpack/travel luggage category. This announcement marks Pacsafe’s third OutDoor Industry Award since 2010. Organised by the International Forum Design (iF), one of the world’s leading industrial design institutions, the OutDoor Industry Award recognises products for its particularly outstanding innovation and design achievements.  Pacsafe® was one of the 52 award-winners competed against 316 entries from 27 countries around the world.

The Venturesafe™ 65L GII travel pack is part of the Venturesafe™ travel pack collection along with the Venturesafe™ 45L GII and Venturesafe™ 55L GII.  Designed by Backpackers for Backpackers, the Venturesafe™ 65L GII travel pack has a moulded EVA backing with airflow channels that provides breathable, comfort for backpackers as they travel from place to place.  The zip-away harness system, easy to adjust suspension system, and spacious compartments and organisation make the Venturesafe™ 65L GII the perfect travel companion.

Not only does the Venturesafe™ 65L GII have Pacsafe’s signature anti-theft technologies, the eXomesh® slashguards and the puncture resistant ToughZip®, this travel pack has Pacsafe’s latest anti-theft innovations, including the Roobar® locking device and the interlocking zip pullers technology, built into it.  Together with a detachable stainless steel cable that comes with the travel pack, all five anti-theft security features work together to keep pilferers and bag slashers out.  Regardless of whether the pack is on your back, in transit and/or left at your destination, your gear and travel essentials are safe from opportunistic thieves on the road.
