Season 4 of Outdoor Eats premiered Sunday, August 30th, 2026, on FanDuel Sports Network, bringing Chef Corso back to the screen for a new season where outdoor adventure and local food culture come together. Across three new episodes, Chef Corso travels from the rugged coast of Ireland to Washington’s Olympic Peninsula and sunny Southern California, exploring each destination through its landscapes, people, ingredients, and flavours.

Season 4 of Outdoor Eats is airing across Angels Broadcast TV, FanDuel Sports Network, Journy TV, Marquee Sports Network, Midco, NBC Sports, OutsideTV, PBS, Regional Sports Network, RightNow TV, Space City, Water Network, and Waypoint TV. Viewers are encouraged to check local listings for airtimes and availability.

The season begins in Galway and County Clare, Ireland, where Chef Corso explores the rugged coastline from the Aran Islands to the Cliffs of Moher. Along the way, local food traditions and potato-inspired eats showcase the region’s deep connection to the land.

Episode 2 heads to Washington’s Olympic Peninsula (his home region) for a winter adventure combining local flavours with the region’s wild landscapes. From cideries and waterfalls to tidepooling at Salt Creek Regional park, Chef Corso showcases what makes the peninsula worth exploring in every season.

The season finale takes Chef Corso to Irvine, California, where scenic trails meet a vibrant food culture. Biking canyon trails, enjoying trail-side sushi, and visiting local farms reveal a destination shaped by outdoor recreation, fresh ingredients, and abundant public spaces.

Outdoor Eats brings food and adventure together to uncover what makes each destination unique. Through local flavours, outdoor experiences, and meals inspired by the places he explores, Chef Corso gives viewers a fresh taste of each region. Season 4 continues that tradition across three distinctly different destinations, celebrating great food and the joy of cooking outside.
