OneSeed Expeditions announces the launch of Wayfinder Co-op, a member-owned coworking space for outdoor and active companies in Denver, Colorado.

OneSeed Expeditions is accustomed to leading groups into unchartered territory--it’s what they do. The Denver-based outfitter has spent the past decade growing its adventure guiding operations around the world while supporting entrepreneurs through the OneSeed Fund. With the launch of Wayfinder Co-op, they’re leading the way for Colorado’s outdoor and active entrepreneurs looking for a foothold in the industry.

Like many small businesses, OneSeed’s office footprint has tracked with its growth. “We were nothing but some laptops and a bunch of guides that first season,” says founder Chris Baker. “But as we’ve grown as a company, we’ve needed a place to call home. We started out in coworking spaces before opening our own small office for a few years, but we’ve always wanted something that combined the energy of coworking with the purpose of our unique industry. Wayfinder is our way of creating just that.”

The 7,500 square foot converted warehouse at 525 Santa Fe Drive sits right at the intersection of entrepreneurial hustle and outdoor industry stoke. With a mix of private offices, dedicated desks, and drop-in options, Wayfinder offers a homebase for gear manufacturers, travel operators, and professionals drawn to the outdoor lifestyle. The space will feature a public cafe as well as conference rooms and event space and will be home to workshops, product launches, and film screenings year-round.

With a founding group of more than 20 outdoor brands, Wayfinder plans to open its doors in January 2018. Membership pre-sales are available now and the team plans to officially kick off with the arrival of Outdoor Retailer on January 25th.
