Focusing on Centered Leadership throughout 2014, each of OIWC’s Education Series events will feature two Executives from the Outdoor Industries as guest speakers. Each Executive will share their personal perspective on one of the 4 essential skills that, together, define Centered Leadership. If applied to each attendee's own work practices, these four skills can lead to personal success within the outdoor industries and career growth.
At this time, confirmed speakers include Tom McGann, CEO of Spyder at the Boulder, CO event and Alison Smith, COO of Jarden Outdoor Group at the Bay Area event. Check back to our event pages for updates on speakers.

6:15-6:45pm: Industry Executive's presentations
6:45-7:00pm: Open Q&A (led by coordinator)
7:00-7:30pm: Networking, food/drink, raffle
