The Masters in Ecotourism programme is an important and exciting new development in tourism education, specifically designed for those who work (or would like to work) in the adventure and nature-based tourism fields. Combining management, marketing, and consumer behaviour studies along with ecotourism and nature-based destination development and lots of field trip work, this will equip students with the right tools to excel in this, the fastest growing sector of global tourism! One of the tutors is a director of the award winning Scottish adventure company, Wilderness Scotland, and the remainder are acknowledged researchers, teachers and tourism scholars with years of experience in the industry. You can opt to come to the Highlands of Scotland to study  full-time here in this beautiful, historic wild environment, or else study online and conduct the field trips in your own backyard. Please check out our flyer (attached) and contact Dr. Steve Taylor or Dr. Pete Varley if you’d like to join the course. You are welcome, provided you have the right levels of written and spoken English and a first-degree or equivalent experience. Let’s talk!
