Thanks in part to the cost benefits and time efficiencies that come with Resmark Systems’ programs, those clients paying it forward are able to assist, among others, an athlete who represented the US in the Rio Olympics, the environment and children.
“Our clients are doing wonderful work. Here at Resmark we’re inspired by other companies that do great things and who are making a difference in the world,” said Brandon Lake, Resmark Systems Founder. “That they’ve chosen Resmark and in turn to put profits back into the world reflects a high level of business acumen, community involvement and savvy.”
Here’s how some of Resmark Systems’ clients are paying it forward.
Nantahala Outdoor Center in Topton, NC, a rafting outfitter providing whitewater adventure trips, helped whitewater slalom kayaker Michael Smolen to become part of the U.S. Olympic Team in Rio de Janeiro. He made the semifinal of the Men’s Kayak Single, placing #12 in the world. The Center’s support of this Olympic athlete was due in part to a 68.3 percent increase in online tour sales in the first year using the Resmark reservation system.

Located in Channel Islands National Park south of Santa Barbara, CA, Channel Islands Outfitters in July 2013 became a 1% for the Planet partner, promising to donate 1% of revenue to ocean education and the preservation and restoration of the natural environment. At the same time it also became a Certified B Corporation, joining a leading global movement to redefine success in business by voluntarily meeting higher standards of transparency, accountability, and performance. This company also enjoys enhanced business and efficiencies through Resmark Systems’ reservation system.

In British Columbia The Adventure Group Whistler hosts year-round adventures from zip lining to fly fishing. Thanks to Resmark Systems it can now connect its off-site operations team and multiple booking office locations into a single resource and tour management system which is live and always up to date. Internally its tracking and reports of business levels have become much easier. This frees up time and money to help support Playground Builders, a Whistler-based Canadian charity that facilitates the building of safe play areas for children in conflict zones. In under a decade over 170 playgrounds have been constructed that today serve over 300,000 children. The playgrounds are built by locals who use local materials whenever possible. The Adventure Group has funded the construction of four playgrounds to date with more planned.
“We live and work in Whistler, one of the world’s great playgrounds, so the fit between The Adventure Group and Playground Builders feels so right,” said Eric Whittle, Vice President, The Adventure Group.

Research shows that companies who have upgraded to Resmark convert 50 to 200 percent more leads than prior to using the system. Its digital liability release process called WaiverSign helps eliminate human error and paperwork as it speeds up the process of securing liability waivers from clients.
