In the ’Boutique Hotel News’ interview, Tolga Akarcali describes the many attributes of Cappadocia, which is protected as part of the UNESCO World Heritage, and what his Taskonaklar Rocky Palace offers travelers in terms of unique accommodations.

“I’m a world traveler myself and I enjoy visiting new cultures and places all the time. My travels help me to craft the final touches to our hotel, exceeding travelers’ expectations with 20 rooms, each totally different from one another”, stated Akarcali, hotel owner of Taşkonaklar Rocky Palace Cappadocia. “We offer local organic farming homegrown vegetables and fare such as free range chickens, and homemade cooking is provided for guests upon requests. Guests can experience Turkish culture in a manner not easily forgotten and the hotel also offers pottery lessons and stone craftsmanship workshops, which are local traditions that span the centuries”.
