GLP Films Brings a Focus on Destination Storytelling to ITB Berlin

Short-Film Showcase; World Premiere of new ITB Berlin partnership film; and unique storytelling strategy discussions.

ITB event banner - social mediaLos Angeles, CA – GLP Films will host two special events focused on destination storytelling and strategy at ITB Berlin on March 5th and 6th.  GLP is excited to be a part of ITB Berlin’s incredible line-up of events, sessions and discussions around sustainable tourism for the travel trade community.

Event #1:  2nd Annual Short-Film Showcase:  Celebrating Sustainable Tourism

This popular event will showcase award-winning short-films on leading sustainable destinations around the globe.  Enjoy new films in partnership with National Geographic, reels highlighting inspiring new travel destinations, and the world premiere of ITB’s new film “ITB Berlin Leaders in Responsible Tourism” featuring sustainable tourism leaders such as Shannon Stowell (ATTA), Pati Ruiz Corzo (Sierra Gorda), Taleb Rifai (UNWTO) and many more.

Event #2:  Destination Storytelling – New Strategies for the Future of Travel

Join GLP Films and special guest speakers for a much anticipated industry event to discuss new strategies in destination storytelling.  Hear from multiple industry leaders including destinations, leading media, and NGOs, on how destination storytelling is driving the future of travel.  As a highlight of this special event, GLP Films will also announce its new strategic “Destination Storytelling Initiative” (DSI) and reveal strategic partners selected for 2015.
