ExpeditionTrips Introduces Chris Myers as New Sales Manager

ExpeditionTrips—top travel specialists for experiential travel to Antarctica, Galapagos, the Arctic, Alaska, and points in between—is pleased to announce that Chris Myers has been appointed as Sales Manager. Effective immediately, Chris is responsible for developing sales strategy, furthering partner relationships, mentoring our team of passionate Expedition Specialists, and delivering ongoing companywide destination and product training, born from his 9+ years of experience in the expedition cruising industry.

Ashton Palmer, ExpeditionTrips' founder and president, states: "I am delighted at this growth opportunity for ExpeditionTrips. With Chris’ depth of experience in client service and his infectious passion for expedition-style travel, he is uniquely qualified to lead our sales team and help take our sales strategy and client satisfaction to the next level. Chris is a seasoned travel professional who has been with ExpeditionTrips for over four years. He joined the ET team after previous roles in hospitality management, both in high-end restaurants as well as onboard expedition ships in Antarctica, Greenland, and the Canadian Arctic. While in his most recent roles as an Expedition Specialist and Lead Expedition Specialist, he has also been involved with day-to-day strategic sales initiatives and team leadership.

“I have made travel a key priority in my life though my personal adventures, my work on small ships, and my experience as a travel advisor.
