Men'sSandFly_Women'sDamselflyfly-1_S15Seattle, WA – ExOfficio®, a leading designer and manufacturer of adventure travel apparel and gear, today announced the move to a direct sales and fulfillment model in Canada, effective with sales orders for the spring 2016 collection.

The company cites the growing demand for ExOfficio brand product in Canada as the driver of the change. Under the direct sales model, ExOfficio will provide sales service, fulfillment, and customer service to Canadian dealers. The previous distributor—Techstyle International—will maintain regional sales representation.

SportMesh_1241-2336_S15“Awareness of ExOfficio’s unique apparel and gear solutions for the traveler has grown right along with participation in adventure travel,” said Brian Thompson, general manager of ExOfficio. “This direct sales model gives us the opportunity to support that growth by investing in the product, marketing, and sales support tools that will meet the particular needs of the Canadian market, better enabling our retail partners to grow and succeed in the future with ExOfficio.”

ExOfficio’s Canadian operations are based in Burnaby, British Columbia, as part of the Jarden Technical Apparel division, which includes the Marmot brand.
