Eagle Creek Announces Jeff Sermak as Creeker of the Year 2015

A tradition at Eagle Creek since the beginning, the Creeker of the Year Award has been reinstated to recognize an employee who has made a significant contribution to the brand going above and beyond their daily responsibilities. The Creeker of The Year Award recipient demonstrates qualities and behaviors that are at the heart and soul of Eagle Creek.

“Jeff embodies the word teamwork, yet could be a one man team” said Roger Spatz, President at Eagle Creek. “Jeff’s tireless dedication to his job and the brand, his ability to work with and excite his team to create a superior product perfectly reflects the heart and soul of Eagle Creek. Everyone at Eagle Creek is a leader in their field, but Jeff’s contribution to the brand goes above and beyond. And not just above and beyond in the office, as a recipient of the VF 100 award this year, Jeff has also shown his dedication to the community he works and lives in, making it a better place for everyone.”

Voted on by the internal staff at Eagle Creek, the Creeker of the Year lives and breathes the brand, is passionate and inspires others, goes above and beyond their responsibilities, is driven, innovative, finds solutions, and produces high quality of work.
