The Adventure Travel Conservation Fund has awarded over $500,000 to important conservation initiatives that protect a diverse and unique set of the natural and cultural resources of our world. Supporting 33 community conservation projects in 27 international destinations has only been possible with the support of ATCF members and the travel community.
For the past three years, the ATCF has run the Travel Conservation Auction to support its annual grant program. As the ATCF's only fundraiser outside membership dues, the funding raised from this annual auction is an important and critical piece enabling its conservation work.
This year the ATCF is on track to raise $30,000 through its online Travel Conservation Auction. The auction runs from 27 June to 14 July 2022 and can be found at https://bit.ly/ATCFauction2022 .
The Travel Conservation Auction has over 20 items up for bid ranging from multi-day adventure safaris to accommodations and gear packages. All the auction items have been generously donated by businesses in the adventure travel and outdoor industry that advocate for the protection of our world's natural and cultural resources.
