Setting Sail in June 2015, Iceland ProCruises Brings Expertise to Cruising in the Arctic

Wellington, COAdventure Media, a company that delivers publicity and media marketing services for adventure travel clients around the world, is pleased to announce it is now representing Iceland ProCruises for their inaugural season!

Iceland ProCruises— a division of Iceland ProTravel— is the first Iceland owned expedition cruise line and will set sail in June 2015.  Owners Gudmundur Kjartansson, a native Icelander, and Anne-Cathrin Brocker from Luxembourg have over twenty years of combined experience in Icelandic tourism and are also the owners of Iceland ProTravel.

Offering world class expeditions to Iceland and Greenland, Iceland ProCruises provides passengers with comfortable accommodations and unmatched scenery aboard the 224 passenger super yacht Ocean Diamond.  The ship is compact in size, enabling travelers to explore the highlights of Iceland and Greenland that are off the typical Arctic cruise routes.

Iceland ProCruises takes guests to both Iceland— the land of fire and ice— and Greenland— the land of contrasts— to discover the natural beauty of Europe’s last great adventure and to learn about the fascinating history of the Vikings on the world’s largest island.  Seasoned veterans in arctic travel and tourism, Kjartansson and Brocker bring their unrivaled expertise to the planning and execution of each itinerary and expedition.

In addition to activities on and incredible views from the Ocean Diamond, Iceland ProCruises offers shore excursions as part of each itinerary, giving travelers a deeper look into the unique cultures of Iceland and Greenland.  Tour guides and ship staff are bilingual and ensure safe and pleasant experiences while aboard the ship and on land.

Iceland ProCruises looks forward to a successful and lasting life providing travelers around the world with once-in-a-lifetime experiences to these must-see destinations!
