Seattle, WA – ExOfficio, a leading manufacturer of adventure travel apparel, is pleased to announce new hires and promotions in the sales and dealer service departments to support the success of its retail customers in 2014.
Tim Lau has been hired into the new position of Northwest Territory Manager, home to some of ExOfficio’s longest standing accounts. A seasoned sales professional with over twenty years in the outdoor industry, Lau most recently served as the principal of his own sales agency.
“With a personal passion for global travel and an ongoing curiosity in new adventures, Tim’s a great cultural fit,” said Julie Liveris, ExOfficio director of sales. “He also brings a genuine, earnest and down-to-earth nature to his high standards of service and communication. We’re excited to have him.”
Chris Hodge, a 12-year veteran of the company, has been promoted to Sales Operations Manager, where he will oversee the efficient implementation of key sales tools and strategic reports.
Steve Enger has taken on the role of Key Account Data Specialist, a new position dedicated to seeing to the management and maintenance of orders for major accounts.
Vanessa Garcia has been hired to the new position of Order Management Specialist, where she will handle the implementation and maintenance of detailed specialty dealer EDI orders.
The Dealer Service team is expanding with the hire of Michelle Farage as a new Representative. Farage previously worked at ExOfficio’s Bellevue, Washington retail store for three years.
ExOfficio’s marketing team has also expanded with the hire of Easton Thomas as Multi-Media Graphics Artist, working on the brand’s presence in digital channels.
