Amy Brown

In 2008, Amy embarked for Alaska leaving the confines of corporate recruiting to wash the dishes of guests at an all-inclusive, remote fishing lodge. What resulted was a chance to act as the guest manager, working with the local community to share meaningful experiences with clients the likes of Harrison Ford & Calista Flockhart. Having grown up in an adventurous family, Amy realized travel was not simply a hobby, but a way of life. Whether it’s driving down an unknown road or packing a bag to New Zealand, she feels most alive when exploring new places on our beautiful planet.

After turning down an opportunity to be an international glacier guide, Amy found herself coaching track and substitute teaching in Bozeman, Montana, whereupon she was awarded the rights to a Coldstone Creamery. Since then, Amy has worked for a Portland based social media agency specializing in travel, with client such as Travel Oregon, Lufthansa, and South Africa. She was a Jill of all-marketing trades for Title Nine, the women’s specialty outdoor retailer, and produced digital marketing campaigns for Brooks Running as part of the global creative team. Most recently, she moved back into the outdoor space with ExOfficio as their Marketing Manager. In her tenure she managed an extensive, annual partnership with the ATTA and unknowingly, was introduced to her tribe.

Amy comes to the ATTA with a breadth of experience in the marketing and creative fields and deep understanding of what it takes to execute complex campaigns, partnerships and effective brand storytelling. Teamwork is at the heart of what she does and believes curiosity creates beautiful solutions. She is excited to combine her love for adventure and experience in business to produce successful transactions for ATTA members.
