There may be just over a month to go until AdventureELEVATE, but delegates are already actively preparing for the Adventure Travel Trade Association (ATTA) event, which is being held in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho, 12-13 April 2017. A number of new event developments and details are now available, including the event networking app, full delegate roster, and ability for tour operators to arrange one-on-one meetings with attending media.
The event networking app, which features everything delegates need to know in real-time about AdventureELEVATE, is now available for download on mobile devices and computers. Delegates can use the app to set up meetings before the event and connect with those they meet in Coeur d’Alene afterward.
AdventureELEVATE delegates have already started requesting meetings with attending adventure media for the MediaExchange, made possible in part by partner Best of the Alps. This networking event gives delegates the opportunity to arrange one-on-one meetings with media, who write for such outlets as AFAR, Travel + Leisure, Conde Nast, Outside, Wall Street Journal, and many more. To participate, delegates select their top media choices using the ELEVATE app, then the ATTA team will craft a schedule of three to seven meetings based on requests and the volume of interest from other delegates. By late March, the ATTA will deliver a final appointment schedule to delegates. There is still time to register, but do not delay, as this is one of the most popular events at AdventureELEVATE.
The current delegate roster for AdventureELEVATE has also been made available and includes esteemed companies such as Austin Adventures, Backroads, G Adventures, IDEO, Natural Habitat Adventures, OARS, REI Adventures, ROW Adventures, Trek Travel, and Uncruise Adventures.
Tickets remain, and there is still time to register for AdventureELEVATE. Discounted room prices (starting at $99) at the Coeur d’Alene Resort return to normal pricing on 21 March.
