Bulgaria is sixth among the now opening to the world market destinations in the ranking of US Adventure Travel Trade Association. According to the organization, Bulgaria has potential for year-round tourism and special attention is paid to the possibilities to practice alpinism in Bulgarian mountains in the summer and in the winter as well.
