Portland, OR — The Clymb, the fastest growing online retailer of outdoor and active lifestyle gear, apparel and adventure travel, is pleased to announce its inclusion at number 11 on the 2013 Best Small and Medium Workplaces List. The tenth annual list compiled by the Great Place to Work® Institute, a global consulting and training firm, is honoring The Clymb for its outstanding company culture and its dedication to ensuring employees maintain a healthy work-life balance.
The Great Place to Work list recognizes the top 50 small and medium sized companies in the United States with exceptional workplace cultures. The list includes companies operating in a wide range of industries and geographic regions across the United States. Employee survey responses count for two-thirds of each company’s total score. The remaining third of the score comes from the Great Place to Work® Institute’s evaluation of companies in five areas: credibility, respect, fairness, pride and camaraderie.
