		<description>I absolutely agree with more vacation time.  I worked for a bank in Germany and you were given 6 weeks paid vacation right from the start!  You didn&#039;t get burned out because you had space and time to lighten up.  I even enjoyed my job more because I wasn&#039;t burned out.  It&#039;s also interesting that the entire time I was there (over a year), I never missed a sick day.  The U.S. could save so much money on healthcare and make more money on the tourist industry by allowing three weeks (or four!) of vacation time to every worker!  Imagine, more people would pay to travel, visit, purchase items, stay in hotels, pay for flights etc..</description>
