Dear Paula,
I am writing to ATTA, as I want to share with the Adventure Travel Community
During the month of November 2010 I organized a tailor made trip for a client

stabilizing at a clinic in Lima, before the injured traveller could finally
return home.I have to say that the level of professionalism and exceptional customer
service in such an event from a fellow ATTA member is nothing short of
encouraging and something we should all strive to resemble in our own

This is what she wrote:"...Was so, so appreciative of the good care and attention I got while in
hospital in Peru. MLP were fantastic, they went above and beyond and all the
doctors, nurses, etc., were so wonderful - was lucky to get such great care
while in a helpless position...."
