Midwest Mountaineering recently concluded the 53rd biannual Outdoor Adventure Expo. Cold weather and snow helped make for a record Expo. Sales increased 29%! The Expo hosted 70+ outdoor oriented exhibitors and 85+ free outdoor adventure presentations. The Expo hosted vibrant speakers such as Charlie Whittmack, Pete Athans and Lonnie Dupre. The Expo got over 9,000 people excited about the outdoors. Over 2,000 people attended the Banff Festival of Mountain Films. The first ever Beer and Gear Social Night was a huge success.
