"World's Best Travel Experiences: 400 Extraordinary Places", proudly includes Karanki Magdalena community as the 2nd destination in their category "Get to know the Locals", as part of their tours, world´s most distinct cultures that will open your eyes and your heart.

Six local homes offers private comfortable rooms for 35 guests with all facilities, well equipped to provide exquisite meals prepared with the crops of the land. Along with Lodging, gastronomy, cultural connections, excursions including biking, hiking and horseback riding have been developed with the community in the nearby mountains.

The community has been working with Kleintours together on environmental plans for conservation,  installing landfills improving garbage collection, about 5000 native trees were planted such as alder, pumamaqui, acacia among others, vegetable seeds, fruit and agricultural technical assistance were provided.  One of the most ambitious project was the construction of a medical center with the support of one of our partners in the industry, it is now available and providing medical assistance to the community.

This project contributes not only financially to the community creating jobs and developing tourism but also revalorizing the communities´ assets, their culture, traditions, food and beliefs by offering a different and worthy cross-cultural experience to tourist, for further information: Visit here
