Offer group clients something unique with G Adventures newly released "My Own Group" brochure

G Adventures, the adventure travel pioneer, has released a collection of private group tours. Suited for groups with eight to 22 travelers, the adventures are ideal for those looking for something beyond standard motor coach trips, often with 40 or more people.

Ron Fenska, US director of sales, G Adventures, says the tour operator’s Private Groups department combines the company’s expertise and global reach to create perfect itineraries that offer group travelers a more immersive experience.

"Travel agents can now sell groups without all of the hassles of high minimum requirements and wait-listed dates,” adds Fenska.

“Unlike other companies that restrict private departures to groups of 20 or more, G Adventures is able to plan a group trip as small as eight - making it easier than ever to plan a family reunion, a team work event, or friends getaway. And for traditional affinity groups we can accommodate 22 passengers - sometimes more.”

“We’re looking forward to working with group travel coordinators to bring their clients on authentic and life-changing Private Group trips, while maximizing their earnings with commissions, and complimentary seats,” says Fenska.

Other ways that make it easy to book a private group with G include:

  • 'My Own Date” – where agents pick the date that best suits the group;
  • Free Name Changes – in which no penalty is incurred if the change is made up to 45 days before departure;
  • Freedom Package Protection that protects a group’s air package even if purchased from someone other than G Adventures;
  • Zero Risk – block a date and have a full 60 days on most trips in advance of departure before payments are due.
In addition, G Adventures Private Groups Department offers easy, hassle-free booking of complete land and air packages through established relationships with several major airlines.

The full-size brochure features 32 competitively priced trips – of which 23 were created specifically for North American groups who prefer a more comfort level experience, included transfers and same gate round trip air.  Destinations from Colombia and Peru to Italy and Tanzania are highlighted in the brochure along with a Style to Profile guide, which assists agents in finding the trip style best suited for their clients.
