BOSTON–  Award-winning cycling tour operator DuVine Adventures announced their role in a Premier Cycling Event in the Pacific Northwest, The Amgen People’s Coast Classic. The six-day cycling event, scheduled for September 11 – 16, 2011, will be the second annual fundraising cycling event offered by the Pacific Northwest Chapter of The Arthritis Foundation.

The Amgen People’s Coast Classic (TAPCC) is open to riders wishing to enjoy a six day experience cycling along the scenic and majestic Oregon Coast, also known as The People’s Coast. DuVine is pleased to bring its experience of operating upscale cycling vacations and parlay it into providing a premier experience to the riders of TAPCC. In addition to ensuring maximum ridership, DuVine will be charged with ensuring rider satisfaction and enjoyment. “The opportunity for DuVine to work with The Arthritis Foundation on The Amgen People’s Coast Classic is appealing for a plethora of reasons, not only is the event for a paramount cause but it showcases one of the most scenic rides in North America. This event allows riders to contribute to the cause in a substantial manner and enjoy themselves along the way,” says Andy Levine, President of DuVine
Adventures.

“We’re honored to be working with DuVine. They’re bringing a lot of heart to this project on top of their expertise in event management and marketing. This is a huge win for our riders and our mission to create a world without arthritis,” says Tai Lee, TAPCC event director.
