At Your Pace Cycling Outfitter Partners with Keystone Resort to Offer Summer Cycling Tours

At Your Pace Freestyle Cycling Adventures™ and Keystone Resort recently announced a partnership which designates At Your Pace as the outfitter for summer cycling tours in and around Keystone. At Your Pace will offer the tours to both individual travelers and organized groups through Keystone Resort.

Currently, At Your Pace will offer three popular tours at Keystone, though the company is happy to customize the tours, with enough notice. Before each ride, the company ensures proper bicycle fittings, safety equipment, and instruction to ensure all guests have an outstanding experience no matter their fitness or activity level. Tours include:

Keystone Bike & Brews Guided Tour: Enjoy another of Summit County’s bounty on this tour that combines the active pursuit of scenic beauty with the sampling of the area’s top micro-breweries. This ½ day tour is approximately 9 miles and travels at a relaxed pace. Participants should be 21 years of age or older. Beginning at the Keystone Adventure Center, guests will pedal along a paved bike path past a sparkling river, along the banks of beautiful Lake Dillon to sample three of the area’s craft breweries that will satisfy the most discriminating “hop head!” Breweries feature session beers designed for those new to the microbrew scene, along with bold and unique brews designed for the connoisseur. Following the sampling, guests will hop in a van for a short transfer back to Keystone Resort.

Historic Montezuma Adventure: With a relaxed riding pace and generally flat to downhill terrain, this six-mile 2- or 4-hour tour is great for all abilities. The adventure begins with a short van transfer to the historic town of Montezuma just a few minutes from Keystone Resort. Included on some ghost town lists, it still boasts a population of 65. Following a picnic lunch and a spin around town, reminiscing about old mining days, guests pedal downhill, paralleling the Snake River observing anglers fly fishing and soaking up the scenery as they enjoy a descent back to River Run and Keystone Resort.

Family-Friendly Summit Cycling Tour: This tour offers a relaxed riding pace is perfect for multi- generational family outings and suits varying ability levels. Beginning at the Keystone Adventure Center, guests will enjoy the ultimate family playground that surrounds Lake Dillon and Keystone Resort! Guests will pedal on paved bike paths at a leisurely pace past lush pine forests and the scenic banks of Lake Dillon, enveloped by breathtaking mountain peaks. After a day of reconnecting with family while exploring the regional beauty, learning a little area history and having a ton of fun, guests will enjoy a picnic lunch.
